For days now I’ve been trying to update my personal information with Amazon Flex on the Amazon Flex app.
Unfortunately, I have no menu/options to update my information. So It was time to give Amazon Flex Driver Support an email and then later on a call and they still did not help me.
You will see in the video the replies I was getting and just how much they SUCK and unhelpful they were.
Even after this video was posting, i’ve still been reaching out to Amazon Flex and i still been getting the same automated replies, that makes no sense to what i’m requesting help with.
They really need to overhaul the way support is handled in these sort of matters.
